The Piva Blue ID controller and Comforte CX room controller, combined with the Priva Top Control software platform, form the basis for intelligent building management systems. In addition, Priva offers solutions for energy management and a platform for integration of all building related systems.
Innovative software for efficiency and ease of use- Priva Top Control is a complete software platform for intelligent building management. From an integrated environment, buildings are efficiently maintained and managed. The engineering application contains a wide range of standardized, freely configurable control modules. Amongst others, there are modules for heating, cooling ventilation and thermal storage.
Powerful, flexible hardware
The powerful Priva Blue ID controllers are the heart of the building management system. The modular system is suitable for any type of installation and for both small and large, multi-site projects, whether it is a new construction or retrofit project.
The BTL-certified hardware of Priva Blue ID communicates with a wide range of sensors and actuators via a large number of protocols. As a result, almost every combination of technical solutions is possible. When refurbishing, you can renew the functional system, while retaining the existing field equipment and infrastructure. Priva 2-wire one of Priva’s highest prolific innovation, makes it possible to reuse existing cabling during retrofit work.
Individual Room Control
The ComforteCX product line is our solution to control individual spaces. It enables the integration of a range of functions, for example Climate control, lighting and blinds and ensures a high level of comfort. The modular system can be adapted to changes in the layout of a room or floor. The Comforte CX VAV Controller regulates ventilation and ensures fresh air, based on data suck as temperature and CO2 content. The Comforte CX product line is operated through the Comset CX room unit of the Priva Blue ID TouchPoint.
